Now I’m in two minds about this baby…
OK, so achieving a revolution to the extent of the last model would be tough, but it’s kinda, well, erm… it’s a tablet PC on a base. Maybe there’s one of those on the horizon too..?
and what ever happened to all that waffle from Apple designers last time about optical drives seriously under performing when mounted vertically..?
Maybe I’ll get used to it. In the meantime, I’ll take one of those delicious 30″ tft screens just to keep me happy… thanks!
I was wondering about the drives myself, hard disks are supposed to take a performance hit as well, then again if you want a seriously fast Mac the buy seriously fast Mac and not an iMac. I just think it would look neat on the coffee table with a wireless keyboard and mouse or how about a pulley system so I could just lower it form the ceiling when I wanted to use it.
I would love a tablet Mac but I get the feeling it is too much on a niche in what is after all a niche market.
