First of all Happy Birthday to jEN and Stuart.
The 8th for me is always dodgy as it is also a personal anniversary, now if I was like most blokes I would forget anniversaries but no I remember, how else could I torture myself
The Diet Club at work had its first weigh-in on Friday and my final weight loss over the year was 2 stone. So this is the first week on the new campaign so I have been very careful about what I am eating and I did a 10 kilometre walk today. When I am feeling a bit down I want to eat so today has not been easy.

I know how do it… you bought your hamster a huge running wheel which takes him (I know it’s a him; I’ve seen his testicles) a whole year to rotate, then pinned the various anniversaries to the wheel using BluTac. Everyone knows that one whiff of BluTac and most rodents belch the tune of “Everything I do (I do for you)”… so you listen out for that reminder of an American accented Robin Hood, glace at the wheel and hey bingo! you know who’s birthday it is.
See, sneaky… I know your secrets.

Thanks Kev!
I missed the birthday wishes here until now- I was busy recovering from the annual hangover. White, red, champagne and then back to red wine…
A welshman had his hands busy getting me safely into bed. (After gratuitous amounts of my whimpering and sick… lucky him!) We joked the next morning that I should consider wearing my bicycle helmet next time I plan to get so inebriated, since I have a tendency to knock my head into things!
Evidently, getting so pissed never seems to remain in memory for the next time I display such poor judgement in my skills with measure… so it goes. Probably has something to do with the head injuries…
smooches~

Damit nellus! I was going to patent that under the New Rodent Millennium Patent Act but now you have described it in the public domain. Ah well I will be able to give more development time to the flying monkeys project.

Hi jEN,
yeah sorry about that Apple are seriously letting me down at the moment, they are taking my money and not delivering, at least not on time. I have not had the invoice yet so I think it is a processing problem.
Chat tomorrow and be careful with your head you don’t have a spare!
