Today has been productive for a Sunday. It started oddly when a neighbour woke me at around 3am when they thought there might be a fire in the building. There was an odd smell like burning in the stairwell but no smoke and as the bulding still standing no fire.

I am once again back on the weighloss campaign. We had the second weigh-in at work on Friday and I had lost 3 pounds since last week. I had walked about 20 km or 12.5 miles on Saturday and Thursday last week. Today I walked from my flat to the town of Renfrew and back which was about 21 Km or 13 miles. My feet were a little sore but after a long bath they are ready for more punishment this week.

No problem testing the myMooMus ! Good there wasen’t a fire ! It’s SO annoying when your house burns to the ground in the middle of the night… Not that it happens around here alot. Allthough I once lived this place where people always smoked pot in the stairwell. Good luck about the walking - I should get out there myself while it’s still nice weather - but… puh.
