… well for me personally it was, just about anything would be better than last weekend. I have got my diet back on a much healthier footing again and I am feeling the benefits.
On Friday I phoned an old friend, we haven’t spoken in over 7 years, we exchanged Christmas cards most years but no real contact. It is never easy to take that step after such a long time but I am glad that I did and we hope to meet up in the summer.
There is still an unreal feeling about the Terrorist attack at Glasgow airport, BBC News I pass the airport around once a week and I have walked through the doors that the Jeep was driven at.
On happier news I am currently lusting over Digital SLR’s, in particular the Fuji S5 Pro, review. It will be a while before I can afford one, I need to get an up to date Mac laptop first. The most powerful Mac I have is 7 years old and runs at a staggering 350Mhz so I am long overdue an upgrade.
Today Louise and I went for a run through to Stirling, we grabbed a nice pub lunch at the Rob Roy Inn in Buchlyvie. I am getting to know the roads in Stirling quite well these days. I guess the next time I am there I will be running the 10K again.
Hope to post more in the week.
Kev.

I am happy you had a better weekend than the previous one! The terrorist thing is always - of some strange reason - more surreal when it happens at some place where you have actually been.
