I know it may not seem much to those who regularly make their own pasta but yesterday I made my first homemade pasta. ![]()
After the pasta had finished “resting” I made two individual Lasagna. Lasagna is one of my favourite dishes to make, and eat :twisted:, but this was the first time I had made it with my own pasta and white sauce, usually I use store bought white sauce. I had forgotten to get garlic but apart that it was almost perfect.
I am back to work tomorrow
I am looking forward to the next weekend already

It was fun to do, I have no idea why I haven’t tried it sooner as I usually have the right flour and eggs in the house. Ravioli next think
